We love that your balcony extends your living space; Newport allows each unit to have a bbq on the balcony. For everyone’s safety, you are only allowed 1 – 20lb propane tank.
- Newport Beach has a tri-sort for garbage disposal, including a green bin chute for kitchen waste
We support recycling, and most of your recycling and garbage disposal can be done at the garbage shoot simply by a touch of a button. Larger household debris must still be brought down to the recycling room. - Newport Beach does not allow short-term rentals or Airbnb
We value the privacy and security of all residents, so there are no short-term or Airbnb rentals allowed on-site.
